The strategy is based on three cornerstones: a higher degree of specialization, the expansion of Mobile and Monitoring, and an increased national presence.
Higher degree of specialization
Every industry has its own specific security challenges. We have many years of experience in servicing customers in various customer segments. We have the expertise to deliver effective security solutions tailored to customer needs.
To achieve a higher degree of specialization, we focus on four key aspects: segmenting our operations, increasing our knowledge, sharing best practices and adding volume and know-how through acquisitions:
- We segment our operations to make it easier to develop solutions to suit our customers’ needs.
- We provide more training for our employees than most other security companies. We have also improved the quality of our local trainings by adding content from central training specialists.
- Our customers expect advice from us that is based on global knowledge. We believe that knowledge can be transferred from one market to another.
Expansion of Alarm Response and Monitoring
We continue to invest and grow within the Mobile Alarm Response and Central Monitoring business segment. In Central Monitoring we launching a new services and continuously invests in up-to-date monitoring platforms and training.
Increased global presence
A cornerstone of our strategy is to grow in new geographical markets outside Kenya, serving our global customers in the East African regions through future acquisitions, partnerships and start-ups. We intend to strengthen our position in these countries, while continuing to expand geographically with the target of presence in approximately 6 countries within five years.
