Statement of Aims;

This statement spells out the quality assurance processes which recognizes and fully accepts our responsibility to provide products and services of the highest standards, which are both ‘fit for purpose’ and ‘right the first time’ appropriately delivered with proper regards to all our client’s needs and requirements.

For more then 10 years Optimum Group of Companies has held an ISO quality accreditation. Currently the ISO 9001-2000 accreditation is held, covering every aspect of OSF operations.

Optimum Group’s QA policy refers to planned and systematic production processes that provide confidence in our products and services suitability for its intended purpose. It is a set of activities intended to ensure that our products and services satisfy all our customer requirements in a systematic, reliable fashion.

We aim to continuously improve the products and services we deliver by:

  • Having in place policies and procedures to deliver
  • Analysing learner feedback and taking action to improve learning programmes
  • Analysing employer feedback and taking action to improve learning programmes
  • Increasing success rates to exceed floor targets and strive for excellence
  • Analysing our strengths and weaknesses and producing a development plan to build on our strengths and improve our weaknesses.
  • Analysing trends and patterns in our complaints procedure and taking action to improve learning programmes
  • Ensuring continuous professional development of our staff through regular appraisals
  • Using the results of classroom observations to improve learning programmes
  • Monitoring equality of opportunity in order to widen participation
  • Benchmarking with like providers
